- Arrive at Camp Site to set up camp after registration
- Register your Team (registration Opens at 12:00)
- Receive your Welcome Packs & Braai Packs for Day 1
- Set Up Camp
- The Fires will be lit at 17:00, ready for Braai from 18:30 onward
- Live Entertainment will start at 19:00
- Relax around the Fire and get to know the other Teams!
Tuesday
- 1stRound of Golf at Nelspruit GC – Either AM or PM
- Collect your Braai Pack for Day 2
- The Fires will be lit at 17:00, ready for Braai from 18:30 onward
- Daily Winners will be announced (Golf and Braai Dish)
- Live Entertainment will start at 19:00
- Relax Around the Fire
Wednesday
- 2ndRound of Golf at Nelspruit GC – Either AM or PM
- Collect your Braai Pack for Day 3
- The Fires will be lit at 17:00, ready for Braai from 18:30 onward
- Live Entertainment will start at 19:00
- Relax Around the Fire
Thursday
- 3rd Round of Golf at Nelspruit GC – Either AM or PM
- Collect your Braai Pack for Day 4
- The Fires will be lit at 17:00, ready for Braai from 18:30 onward
- Live Entertainment will start at 19:00
- Relax Around the Fire
Friday
- 4th/ Last Round at Nelspruit GC
- Prize Giving and Dinner
- Best Team Gees Winners / Best Chef Winners / Golf Winners etc.
- Free evening
Saturday
- Break down camp and check out before 10:00

- 1 x Golf Cap
- Various Braai Spice and Sauces
- Tongs & Braai Gloves
- Braai Grid
- Info Sheet i.e. Gamebook Codes, Tee Times, Weeks Itinerary etc.

We ask that where possible that you only use 1 Vehicle per Team due to space in the camp site.
